Is it really free?
Yes — unlimited basic planning reports and the sketch tool are free for everyone (Free sketches carry a watermark). Paid plans from A$250/month add comprehensive council-ready reports each month, with unused reports rolling over.
What plans can I upload?
The architectural set as PDF or JPG files, up to 25 MB each: site and demolition plan, floor plans, elevations and, ideally, a landscape plan. Exported PDFs read better than scans.
Which areas do you cover?
Every address in Victoria. Property and planning data come from Vicmap, the State's official mapping.
Can I lodge the report as it is?
It's written to be council-ready, but you're the professional: check it against your drawings and the planning scheme before you lodge.
